High Peaks Sunset

As I wrapped up my evening skate-ski at Mt. Van Hoevenburg, I could see that things were setting up for a nice sunset. I was able to time things just right so that I arrived at the road to Adirondack Loj in time for the best colors of the sunset over the high peaks.

Snowy Day in PA

The snow has been falling all day here in PA. It is a wet, heavy snow that sticks to everything. It makes for nice images, but it also brings down wires and no power. This is the remains of the old maintenance building of Lock Ridge Furnace. iPhone 5s and color mods in SnapSeed.
